Lead and manage physical security projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
Conduct site assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation measures
Ensure all security designs are scalable, sustainable, and future-proof
Develop comprehensive physical security plans that address client needs and comply with regional regulations and international standards
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate security requirements seamlessly into project designs
Innovate and apply new security solutions and methodologies to enhance project outcomes
Stay abreast of the latest developments in physical security technologies and trends
Conduct training and workshops for clients and project teams on security best practices and system operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and maintaining strong relationships
Prepare and present detailed security reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
Design and specify security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and other related systems

Preferred certifications are: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP) and Certified Security Consultant (CSC). Additional relevant certifications related to security systems and risk management.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in physical security consulting, particularly within the built environment
Strong communication skills
Highly collaborative approach across the different technical service offerings
Degree or equivalent qualification in a security risk management or built environment discipline in security studies, physical security engineering, or a related field
Good relationship builders (internal and external)
Collaborative personality
Proven track record of working on high-profile projects, including commercial buildings, residential complexes, and critical infrastructure
Software experience using AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, SketchUp, Bluebeam Revu, JVSG, VideoCAD Professional, Hawksight SRM
