- Verify Cortex data accuracy, edit individual part programs to maximize manufacturing efficiency, and create the final operations file for the robotic operator station.
- Collaborate with design engineers and detailing personnel to determine efficient changes in products to improve production flow.
- Monitor robotic operations, make program adjustments, establish a standards library, and develop manufacturing limitations for robotic operations.
- Export job data from Tekla into Cortex programming software as required.
- Prepare Tekla models for every production order using corrected frame data, engineering welding standards, and robotic operational limitations to develop robotic operational files.
- Complete the exporting and processing of all jobs into modeling software, ensuring successful export and processing through Cortex programming software before release to robotic welding units.
- Provide efficiency, welding parameters, productivity, and other operational reports to assist management in improving operations and increasing efficiency.

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience or knowledge of robotics within manufacturing.
- Knowledge and experience in manufacturing robotics.
- Experience with Tekla is highly preferred.
- 2 or 4-year degree in Engineering is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering data, and piece part drawings.
- Experience with modeling software and AutoCAD drawings.
