Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of coordinated models and data.
Develop, manage, and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans in compliance with industry standards.
Lead the coordination and implementation of BIM processes across multidisciplinary project teams.
Deliver training and mentoring to enhance team members' BIM capabilities.
Monitor model quality, clash detection, and data integrity throughout project lifecycles.
Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and adopt emerging technologies in digital engineering.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to meet BIM deliverables and contractual requirements.
Provide guidance and support to design teams in the use of digital tools and workflows.

Qualifications in architectural technology, engineering, or digital construction, with BIM certifications advantageous.
Experience managing federated models, clash detection processes, and data validation.
Solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards and associated documentation.
Proven experience in a BIM Coordinator or Manager role within the AEC industry.
Experience in mentoring or training others in BIM processes.
Experience with emerging technologies in digital construction.
Knowledge of advanced BIM applications for project optimization.
Proficiency in tools such as Solibri and ACC, with knowledge of Revit and Civil 3D.
Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and structured data management.
Knowledge of software interoperability and openBIM principles.
Additional certifications or training in BIM.
