What you would be doing

Work with the Help Desk to route tickets to the proper teams.
Alert Engineering, Facilities, and Incident Response teams when a problem is severe enough to require the shutdown of equipment.
Maintain database of critical environments including floor plan information and equipment documentation.
Impact the team through the quality of the services or information provided.
Provide progress reporting, logging of incidents, ongoing follow-up, and close out.
Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
Coordinate change management processes for all work in the critical environment.
Access critical equipment across the region and monitor for alarms. Determine the severity and cause of alarms and alerts from critical devices and act. Escalate problems to proper Facilities Managers.
