- Provide user support for 2D/3D CAD software, including model design, drawing extraction, and reporting.
- Integrate and manage laser scan data within 3D model systems.
- Set up project database servers and manage systemlevel access and security controls.
- Deliver user education, training, and onboarding for CAD tools and processes.
- Prioritize workload to meet project needs while minimizing disruption to design teams.
- Coordinate with IT and vendor support for hardware, network, and software requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure uptime and performance.
- Develop and refine procedures, work instructions, and standards to improve project efficiency.
- Configure, administer, and maintain 2D/3D engineering design systems and project databases.

- Proficient with AutoCAD, MicroStation, Navisworks, ReCap, and SharePoint.
- Handson experience with 2D/3D CAD administration, catalogs and specifications, customization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive, serviceoriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills; able to work effectively in a virtual team setting.
- Knowledge of piping, civil, and structural design standards.
- Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and/or Oracle database systems.
- Experience administering and supporting AVEVA E3D / PDMS / S3D / AutoCAD / MicroStation.
