Complies with Weston Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and site-specific safety plans. Responsible for personal EHS compliance, and actively engages co-workers in EHS compliance. May serve in an EHS leadership role directing, mentoring, and training staff in EHS activities.
Cooperate with senior staff in developing appropriate project scopes, budgets and schedules for proposals and projects.
Assist in developing specifications and procure subcontractors as directed by senior staff.
Monitor and provide feedback to upper management on project safety and security aspects
Ensure compliance with technical project specifications and standard operating procedures defined in the project work scope and project plans.
Cooperate with all project QA/QC audits and reviews and assist in implementing corrective action as appropriate.

Employees in HTRW and Chemical fields will have the ability to meet requirements for functioning while wearing PPE.
Demonstrate data organization and management skills.
Ability to function in outdoor locations such as active construction and / or remediation sites.
Ability to travel for fieldwork or meetings up to 75% of your time (i.e., 75% on island with up to 25% off island possible).
