  • Coordinate the receipt of electrical materials and equipment for timely arrival to and from the site.
  • Attend daily meetings to coordinate time frames with crane crews on material and equipment movements across the jobsite.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, superintendent, foreman, purchasing, and warehouse regarding needs and deliveries.
  • Cycle Counts for onsite inventory.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain spreadsheets for jobsite material inventory.
  • Create, manage, and provide the necessary reports regarding material handling to the appropriate level of management.

  • Electrical parts and equipment knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to learn to operate a forklift.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean MVR.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products; specifically, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • 1 years’ experience shipping & receiving, inventory control, and material handling in a construction setting.
  • High School/GED.
  • Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.
  • Able to provide additional support as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Onsite Inventory experience.
