Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check including verification of employment, education, and travel.
Must possess at least a bachelors’ (BS/BA) degree from an accredited university and five (5) or more years of relevant professional experience, or in lieu of a degree, high school diploma or equivalent and nine (9) or more years of directly relevant professional experience.
US citizenship is required per contract requirement.
Will be experienced in the production of management information reporting at a program level including the use of enterprise level systems.
Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience.
Must be able to obtain site security badge for access to work site.
Proven track record of successful project controls delivery across scheduling, cost engineering, cost estimating and risk management.
Project Controls leadership experience on EPC/EPCM projects.
Experienced in the application of BI Analytics to deliver management information across a program.
Verifies accuracy and consistency of reporting information.
Experience in monitoring and reviewing planning and scheduling performance, including schedule development, control, and analysis, as well as cost performance, including cost estimating, cost control, financial reporting systems, and cost analysis.
Demonstrates an advanced level of understanding of Project Controls technical skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with people of varied backgrounds and objectives.
Skilled in oral and written communication.
Demonstrated strong background with and an ability to review and present cost engineering and cost estimating products as well as planning and scheduling products using a high level of professional judgment and knowledge related to technical planning and scheduling skills and engineering design and construction practices.
Advanced level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes.
Experience in developing processes for reporting that are tailored to the program environment and to meeting customer requirements.
