Procurement of construction materials
Compare planned progress vs. actual progress in terms of cost and schedule.
Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
Monitor project costs in real-time (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors).
Evaluate whether the project is ahead/behind schedule or over/under budget.
Coordination of subcontractors
Update cost reports regularly and flag any variances.
Prepare monthly or quarterly cost-to-complete reports.
Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination
