This is a full-time, remote position for an Emergency Response Field Representative providing 24/7 coverage for property damage incidents. The representative responds on-site after emergency crews have cleared the scene, delivers on-the-ground service and support to clients impacted by fire and other property damage, and serves as the primary point of contact during the initial response.
Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing property damage, assisting clients through emergency situations, providing exemplary customer service, coordinating with insurance professionals, and securing authorization to proceed with restoration services. The role works closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff and supports the company’s mission to restore properties efficiently, ethically, and compassionately while adhering to all Massachusetts compliance and solicitation guidelines.
Experience in disaster recovery or restoration services is a plus
Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
Experience in Training others and the ability to guide clients through the restoration process
Sales skills to identify topportunities and effectively promote company services
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and insurance professionals
Willingness to travel to provide remote and in-person support as needed
