Maintenance Technician

Description

• Perform service requests, callbacks, and work orders promptly and properly
• Complete assigned maintenance make-ready sheets
• Maintain pools and spas, including chemical testing and furniture cleanliness
• Maintain property grounds, workplace, and maintenance shop
• Respond to after‑hour calls and emergencies

Requirements

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at MacArthur Ridge Apartments.

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience
• Painting experience preferred
• Skills relating to all building systems
• Knowledge of the unit turn process
• Knowledge in plumbing and pool/spa systems
• Familiar with appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance may be required
• Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
• Capability to lift up to 100 lb and carry up to 50 lb, with medium to heavy physical work
• Good hand‑eye coordination and ability to ascend/descend ladders and stairs while following procedures
