Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, anticipating needs and driving alignment, execution, and follow-through on high-impact priorities.
Support board and executive meetings, offsites, and strategic planning sessions, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up.
Drive operational excellence within the CEO’s office by improving systems, processes, meeting rhythms, and supporting special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Coordinate complex domestic travel, itineraries, and briefing materials to ensure seamless preparation and execution.
Maintain real-time visibility into CEO initiatives, commitments, and preparation materials; track action items and ensure accountability.
Represent the CEO’s office with professionalism and diplomacy, building trusted relationships with board members, senior leaders, and external partners.
Own and manage the CEO’s complex calendar and inbox, aligning time, priorities, and communications with strategic objectives and sensitive matters.

Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve complex issues independently.
10+ years of executive-level support experience, including at least 3 years supporting a C-suite executive.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
