Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
3+ years of directly related experience
Proficiency in graphic software programs (Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign, Illustrator)
Degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Urban and Regional Planning, and a second degree or area of study in a related field, such as landscape architecture, engineering, geography, economics, or public administration
Ability to work independently and as a team
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills as well as advanced mapping or zoning experience - work samples may be requested
Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
Working knowledge of GIS/ArcView
