Tasks

-Assists in Project pricing strategies to ensure HPW End to End Solution Sales. -Assist in new product development and inform Engineering and Manufacturing of end user requirements. -Implement sales management tools that will assure maximum efficiency of the sales organization. -Develop Sales Plans and programs to grow both topline sales and margin in territory. -In conjunction with Marketing, Inside Sales and Engineering, develop and communicate programs to ensure that all new products, programs, and other pertinent information is disseminated to appropriate parties. -Ensure team and individual accountability within the region. -Maintain executive level relations with the Key Customers within the Region.

-MS Office proficient -Must Reside within the Region -Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills -Four Year College Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing -5 years of industry experience preferred in the Data Communications Industry -Lead by example with accountability and organizational skill. -5 plus years of people management for a team -Ability to travel 50%
