Assist in apartment turnover processes by ensuring units are ready for new residents, including repairs, touch-ups, and inspections.
Perform general building inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
Complete preventive maintenance tasks to ensure systems are functioning at optimal levels.
Assist in special projects as needed.
Respond to and resolve service requests from residents in a timely and professional manner.
