- Cutting edge technology: Work closely with our engineering, software and documentation teams to develop world leading, high quality solutions.
- Visionary Product Development: Define product road maps, translate technical concepts into actionable strategies, and ensure high-impact and high-value solutions;

- You are a self-starter with excellent organisational and decision-making capabilities; and
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geology or Mining Engineering is essential;
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
- A track record of delivering user-centric, innovative solutions;
- Demonstrated ability to understand geotechnical behaviour in mining/civil industries;
- Experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and product management tools;
- Market Leadership: Use your knowledge of mining, civil construction and geotechnical engineering/geosciences to shape strategies that drive product success and quantifiable value;
- Business qualifications or equivalent commercial expertise would be highly regarded;
