To oversee bid production programmes and individual writing plans for high priority bids
To desktop publish proposal documentation as appropriate
Collate the “standard submission sections” (financial reports, HSEQ, energy statements etc.)
To support various business units in the production of customer facing documentation that is consistently of a high quality and protects or enhances the Sisk brand
To obtain feedback on PQQs and tender documentation
To keep central library updated with new information on an ongoing basis
To respond to non-technical questions, and proof read / edit all content, providing feedback to writers as required
To ensure compliance with required proposal deliverables
Receive contributions from all members of the tender team for methodology, risk, clarifications, logistics, programme, executive summary, organograms etc.
Undertaking DTP and writing bespoke text where required. To respond to specific client requests.
Co-ordination the administration of the submission documents (cover design, printing, binding organising submission delivery via courier etc.)
Collate and produce the submission document to meet Sisk corporate branding standards.
Co-ordination and monitoring of 4d animation presentations for tender submissions and post submission meeting presentations.
Collate and produce CV’s for all staff members identified by PD on proposed organogram.
Maintaining awareness of industry trends and options for presenting information – printing, binding, exhibition boards, covers, box sets, multimedia etc.
Review tender documents and compile tender deliverables for review by Bid Manager.
Transferring written stories into easy to understand graphics to improve the reader experience
To work with Senior Managers and Directors to produce written content and support internal and external stakeholders in the development of their responses
To lead Proposals section at tender launch meetings

Degree educated and certified to APMP Foundation/Practitioner Level.
