- Set up and maintain efficient filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and safety-critical documentation is handled appropriately.
- Develop and optimise work plans for all agreed activities within the section.
- Collate and manage infrastructure maintenance records.
- Submit requests for green zone access and isolations.
- Create Safe System of Work plans, ensuring compliance with the Rule Book.
- Lead weekly Plan-Do-Review meetings to monitor progress and drive improvements.
- Provide general administrative support to the Section Manager, using a broad range of skills to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare draft quarterly plans to support long-term scheduling.
- Represent Section Managers at planning meetings, providing updates and insights.
- Support the administration of the Assessment in The Line process.
- Maintain accurate records and update systems using MS Office and the Possession Planning System.
