

Facilitate timely RFIs/TQs and submission of quality deliverables
Resolve quality issues and nonconformities through corrective measures
Construct and manage O&M manuals in line with contractual and regulatory standards
Assist in commissioning and handover strategies, including inspections and testing
Perform audits on subcontractors and track corrective actions
Contribute to ongoing improvement of the Quality Management System
Organise third-party and non-destructive testing (NDT) as required
Compile and submit monthly progress reports to stakeholders
Review method statements for quality and safety alignment
Support the approval and execution of the Quality Management Plan
Track deliverables including test reports, warranties and certificates
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and project teams for smooth transitions
Maintain accurate site records for project close-out and handover
Ensure Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) meet project and quality standards
Conduct and supervise routine inspections, audits, and checks
Promote quality awareness and conduct training workshops
Align quality activities with construction schedules
Control quality-related documentation and ensure proper record-keeping
You’ll lead quality assurance and project delivery across construction and commissioning phases, ensuring compliant handover, system readiness, and alignment with safety and performance standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll manage inspections, documentation, and testing to support seamless transitions and operational excellence.
Monitor compliance with ISO 9001, QMS and project-specific quality protocols
Current Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Experience in Defence projects is desirable but not essential
3 to 5 years+ experience in engineering and project delivery roles, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with ISO 9001, relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements
Tertiary qualification in Engineering – Civil, Mechanical or Electrical
Strong understanding of QMS management, commissioning and documentation control
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Australian Citizenship (required)
Current Driver’s Licence
