The incumbent will be responsible for generating enquiries, preparing and submitting quotations, negotiating prices and finalising contracts, placing orders with the factory, and ensuring that payments are collected according to contract terms. Additional duties include coordinating job handover with construction, conducting site visits, and providing forecast versus actual reports through MIS.
Candidates must hold a graduate or diploma in engineering and possess 4–8 years of direct sales experience in the elevator, industrial, or capital equipment sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive and result‑oriented attitude, and confidence in handling high‑profile customers are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The role offers hands‑on field engagement with both new and established customer accounts, opportunities to scout and generate leads upcountry, and close mentorship and training from the Sales Manager to support career growth within Otis.
