The Sales & Marketing Associate role focuses on creating positive resident experiences, converting leads, and promoting the community. The associate engages prospects, conducts tours, builds brand loyalty, and leverages social media, while also working weekends as needed.

• Convert leads into community tours by following up with prospects and providing compelling community information.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours that lead to new leases.
• Ensure consistently stellar resident experience to build brand loyalty.
• Generate awareness and excitement via social media.
• Work three weekends per month, with two weekdays off.
