Key responsibilities include architecting and implementing scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, AI Builder, UiPath Agents, Azure AI services, UiPath Document Understanding, and Microsoft Copilot. The role leads AI automation prompt engineering strategy, designs, fine‑tunes, and optimizes AI models for enterprise‑grade applications, and owns model evaluation and benchmarking to ensure best‑in‑class outcomes. It also defines architectural patterns for secure, high‑performance integration, establishes governance for AI automation, and aligns AI frameworks with IT standards while partnering with business stakeholders to define measurable KPIs.
In the impact and leadership domain, the architect will shape enterprise AI automation strategy, introduce innovative prompt‑engineering and model‑deployment approaches, and champion scalability and resilience for enterprise‑level workloads. The individual will influence technology roadmaps through thought leadership on emerging AI trends and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex AI capabilities into actionable business outcomes. The Senior IA and AI Architect – Automation will lead the design, development, and governance of AI‑driven Intelligent Automation solutions in partnership with the Automation COE team and key business and IT stakeholders. This role requires deep expertise in AI prompt engineering, advanced model development, benchmarking, testing, and translating complex AI capabilities into scalable, business‑ready solutions.
Required qualifications include a minimum of five years’ experience with Microsoft AI and UiPath Document Intelligence technologies and at least two years in AI model training, fine‑tuning, and prompt engineering. Candidates must have proven expertise in AI architecture, Intelligent Automation, and enterprise‑scale deployments, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI services, Document Intelligence, OCR, and API integrations. Excellent problem‑solving, communication skills, and the ability to present to senior leadership are also essential.
Preferred credentials comprise Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent, familiarity with API integration, AI endpoints, and scalability strategies, and a solid understanding of governance, security, and compliance best practices in AI solutions.
