The Facilities Supervisor will support the smooth operation of a high‑security site, reporting to the Facilities Manager. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with WHS and quality systems, while working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain a safe, efficient, and positive environment.
The Facilities Supervisor position is based in Cessnock, NSW, with BGIS serving a government‑aligned client. It is a full‑time, permanent, on‑site role offering excellent job security. The role requires a high school certificate or equivalent, with tertiary qualifications in building or facilities management preferred, and experience in property or facilities management, particularly in corrections, defence, or police settings.
