Join Brixmor as an Associate Project Manager, Construction, in our Houston, TX office to help oversee redevelopment, tenant improvement, and new construction projects at our properties. You’ll participate in management of all project phases, ensuring timely delivery within budget while collaborating with tenants and consultants. This role demands strong construction expertise, communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects. Regular regional travel is required, with potential work outside the region based on workload.

Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or architecture (preferred)
Experience with entitlement processes, estimating, scheduling, contract administration and management, and on-site construction supervision
Ability to read architectural and civil/site plans
2+ years hands-on experience working with a contractor, architect, or owner’s representative
Retail commercial construction experience preferred
Experience with bid review and qualification processes
Excellent communication and computer skills
