MEP Project Manager

Description

• Ensuring full compliance with HSE legislation and company standards on-site
• Managing project finances, including procurement, variations, and cash flow tracking
• Leading site-based teams and subcontractors, ensuring programme milestones are hit
• Leading risk management and implementing mitigation plans across the project
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
• Managing the full M&E project lifecycle from design review and procurement to delivery, commissioning and handover
• Conducting design coordination and value engineering reviews to optimise project performance
• Supporting the wider business with input into estimating and planning future schemes

Requirements

• Strong commercial understanding and ability to balance time, cost and quality
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement and team management abilities
• Degree, HND or HNC in Mechanical, Electrical or Construction Management
• Strong background delivering M&E projects with Tier 2 or Tier 3 subcontractors
• Solid experience in sectors like logistics, healthcare, pharma, or commercial fit-outs
• SMSTS, CSCS or equivalent site qualifications

Salary: £70,000–£75,000 + £5,000 car allowance
