The Plans Reviewer/Estimator will support the Purchasing Department by reviewing and revising floor plans, coordinating permitting activity, managing plan revisions, and providing accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates. This role is a key bridge between design, purchasing, construction, and trade partners—ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and quality across the board.

Manage permitting submissions and plan revisions with municipalities
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth plan execution and cost accuracy
Prepare detailed take-offs, estimates, and bids
Review and revise residential floor plans, elevations, and construction details
Maintain strong vendor/subcontractor relationships
