Develop production plans that improve throughput, minimize lead times, and maintain flexibility to respond to changing customer demands.
Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
Lead all plant operations to achieve and exceed OTIF delivery targets, ensuring customer satisfaction in a market with short lead times and high service expectations.

Promote and enforce a safety culture, ensuring full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
Promote employee engagement and retention through communication, training, and workforce development programs.
Implement opportunities for cost savings and productivity improvements aligned with operational excellence.
Champion the implementation and sustainment of LSS tools and methodologies and foster a culture of problem-solving and data-driven decision-making throughout the plant.
Represent the plant in community and industry forums and local authorities.
Develop the plant budget, focusing on cost control, resource optimization, and capital investment prioritization.
Maintain rigorous quality control systems to exceed customer specifications and industry standards.
Develop a high-performing team of managers, supervisors, engineers, technicians, and operators, emphasizing accountability and continuous learning.
Present detailed operational and financial reports to senior management.
