Conduct hydrological and hydrogeological assessments to inform environmental impact assessments, planning applications and compliance documentation.
Collect, analyse and interpret hydrometric, meteorological, GIS and modelling data to assess surface water, groundwater and catchment behaviour.
Undertake fieldwork and hydrological monitoring, coordinate data acquisition, and support the delivery of sustainable drainage and water resource planning solutions.
Lead the preparation of technical reports, including flood risk assessments (e.g., Stage 1, Stage 2 SSFRA) and water environment chapters for EIARs and other statutory submissions.

Bachelor’s degree in Hydrology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, Geography, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical skills with practical experience in hydrological and hydraulic modelling tools, GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS), and data analysis.
Understanding of relevant Irish/EU water and environmental legislation, flood risk assessment methodologies, and environmental impact assessment processes.
