  • Review project files and billing log report for compliance with company and department policy
  • Work with all levels of management to learn and assist in developing procedures to ensure timely billing and reporting
  • Resolve complex invoicing issues
  • Verify accurate revenue recognition on assigned jobs
  • Review and verify billing reconciliations, reports and required forms to ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Comply with all internal controls in the performance of specific job duties

  • Working knowledge of accounting software (POP, APOS, Solomon/Dynamics)
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles as related to billing and cost reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-3 years prior experience providing accounting support in a construction or project environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft and Google Business Applications (Excel, Smartsheets and Googlesheets)
