As a GTM Business Operations Generalist, you will serve as the execution engine for our highest‑priority initiatives, partnering across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Launch, and BizOps to turn strategy into reality and keep the GTM machine humming.
- Own and execute the 2026 event strategy, including end‑to‑end event planning, brand standards, lead capture, playbook development, swag store launch, and new lead tracking software.
- Support the rollout of the 2026 territory model by evaluating territories, defining rep assignments, and ensuring 20+ reps are set up for success and quota attainment.
- Build Reporting Infrastructure 2.0 to replace Google Sheets with a scalable framework that integrates GTM, product, and customer data.
- Drive GTM projects end‑to‑end, improving processes and launching new initiatives from blueprint through execution and measurement, collaborating with BizOps, Sales, Marketing, Launch, and Partnerships.
- Serve as cross‑functional strategic partnership liaison, acting as the connective tissue across GTM teams and providing execution support for high‑impact initiatives.

- Willingness to travel to conferences and events as needed.
