Tasks
-Inspects and helps coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services. -Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter. -Diagnoses and performs minor or routine maintenance and repairs within homes and throughout the property. -Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment and tools as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. -Supplies their own tools

What You Bring
-Ability to lift/move/push/pull up to 150 lbs on occasion with a frequent need to lift/push/pull 25 lbs - 75lbs and be on your feet a majority of the day -Cocaine Metabolites -Phencyclidine ("PCP") -Must have valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage -Excellent customer service skills -Amphetamines including Methamphetamine -This position requires the ability to stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on the specific needs of the day. Estimated 66% - 100% of time is spent on feet. -Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair is a plus -Occasional need to bend/stoop/squat, climb stairs, push or pull, and reach above shoulder (cleaning up litter, putting out advertisement sandwich boards, put out balloons, open doors, pick up and move items) -Opiates including Codeine and Morphine -Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and projects -Prior maintenance experience in property management strongly preferred, but not required
