Collecting, collating and providing KPI data for the project against asset technical data management objectives and targets.
Ensuring key supporting documentation is available as stated in the handover deliverables schedule and the bringing into use handover forms.
Managing the bringing into use sign off processes, co-ordinate meetings with stakeholders, organise building control inspections, facilitate familiarisation training for technicians. Obtain signatures for delivered works.
Delivering all H&S file documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with the airport requirements.
Meets deadlines.
Reporting on compliance with the client requirements at project level via key performance indicators
Providing guidance and support to project managers of the client’s expectations (employers requirements), assist in the development of the project delivery strategy and systems. To facilitate and manage our suppliers/consultants and where necessary, chair stakeholder reviews.
Creating, monitoring, and managing all project requirements for asset technical data, to include key delivery documents listed below.
Managing a suite of delivery tools to ensure asset technical data is delivered effectively/timely on each project.
Providing guidance to the supply chain of the client’s expectations (employers requirements), assist in the development of supplier’s competence to ensure a consistent standard of information delivery on our projects.

Member of the Institute of asset management.

5 years project experience delivering to airport requirements.
Understanding the key project controls associated with information delivery.
Understanding of the principles of document control, information management and the airport standards for information delivery.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the employer’s requirements for information delivery.
Basic knowledge and understanding of quality control and assurance management.
Basic knowledge of ISO 9001.
Educated to city and guilds/HNC or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
AutoCAD trained.
Strong document control skills, particularly conject & documentum.
Documentum conversant.
