Fluency/conversational Chinese is a plus but not required
Available to work on-site at the Irvine, CA office
Minimum of 3 years experience as an executive assistant or similar role
A courteous and customer-centric approach to your work
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and leverage data to make data-driven decisions
Ability to embrace change and think conceptually
Strong listening and response skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Master degree or higher is a plus but not required
