

Blattner is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, specializing in utility-scale projects.
The role involves leading safety and quality initiatives at a site level, developing, reviewing, and managing owner contracts and subcontracts, and overseeing costs and scheduling of labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors. Constant communication with the owner/client about progress and conflict management is required, and the position demands at least 50 % travel to job sites.
Applicants must have experience managing self‑perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30 M, exceptional customer and client relation skills, and knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring. Experience in contract and subcontract development and management, as well as a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record, are also required.
Financial forecasting experience—such as estimates to and at completion, cash, and cost flow—will set candidates apart, as will a proven record of safety program management and implementation. Knowledge of Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and the ability to control and implement site‑wide quality programs are also valuable.
Compensation ranges from $162,893 to $236,194, based on experience and internal equity.
