This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a strong foundation in IT Service Delivery while gaining hands‑on experience across a wide range of ITIL‑aligned practices. The apprentice will be trained in core service management disciplines including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Transition, and Asset & Configuration Management, while supporting the continual improvement of processes, governance, and service quality. Working closely with the wider Service Delivery team, this role will help strengthen operational maturity across the organisation.
