5-7 years of relevant post education experience
A good communicator who can be proactive with PMs in all phases of Project Delivery life cycle from proposals to project close out.
Proficient with MS Office Suite of Programs
Broad knowledge of and experience with technical and project delivery.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or related field.
Experience working on projects with responsibility for cost and schedule control and reporting internally within the company
Ability to work schedules is conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek.
Proficient self-leadership with attention to detail, accuracy, multi-tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
