- Travel daily to multiple jobsites.
- Complete and submit observation reports.
- Walk with project site management to review findings.
- Complete job costing, time entry and other reporting.
- Observations of construction to verify and document compliance of observed construction with plan and manufacturer specifications and building code and to identify other potential construction defect risks.
- Perform field observations of construction and safety.
- Provides field training to builder and contractor representatives on an as-needed basis.
- Review building plans and other specifications related to assigned projects.
- Consultation to assist builders with solutions to identified problems including, assistance in developing effective containment and corrective actions to ensure systemic elimination of associated risk.
- Candidate must be able to conduct multiple inspections each day,
- Collect photos and data utilizing proprietary software.

- Possession OSHA 10 Certificate For Construction Safety (Preferred)
- Possession of ICC IRC- B1 Inspector Certificate or equivalent (Preferred)
- Possession of other ICC certifications (Desired)
- Possession of blueprint reading course completion certificate (Preferred)
- High School Diploma or AA Degree
- Five (5) years of construction experience and/or two (2) years of field experience supported with degree in related field of study
- Experience in Quality Assurance (Preferred)
- Possession of UAV Pilot (Part 107) Certification (Preferred)
- Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle report
- Ability to read construction blueprints
- Reliable transportation is required to accommodate testing equipment and a ladder. This role may involve driving over 80-120 miles per day. Candidates must have and maintain the following: a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and state-minimum auto insurance. To support your travel needs, the company provides an auto allowance to help cover maintenance costs and a fuel card for company-related travel.
