Collaborate with Field Leadership and the Central Support Services team to ensure the timely scheduling and completion of service requests.
Work on project proposals, scope reviews, and project progress tracking.
Assist Operations Managers, Project Managers, Sales Account Managers and Estimators with their daily job duties within an assigned region.
Foster and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Learn how to maintain and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
Assist in securing new maintenance contracts through active participation in proposal development.
Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks or issues, and implementing corrective actions.
Gain insights on how to identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing new sales contracts and projects.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
Attend and participate in kick-off meetings for projects.
Learn and gain knowledge from the Service side of Mechanical, TAB, HVAC, Controls, and Plumbing Contracting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Frequent sitting required – use of computer keyboard/monitor, telephone required. Occasional standing, walking, bending, stooping, and light lifting (e.g., file boxes). Must work well under pressure of time constraints.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or construction.

The range for this position has been established at $18 to $23 per hour and is US Engineering’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
