8+ years of experience in structural/bridge design engineering.
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., LEAP Bridge, MIDAS, STAAD, or similar).
Prior consulting experience managing municipal or state DOT projects.
Demonstrated experience delivering PS&E packages for bridge projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or related discipline.
Self-motivated with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Familiarity with design-build project delivery.
Experience with complex bridge projects, including steel and prestressed concrete structures.
