Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Supervisor plays a critical role in the day-to-day management of remedial construction sites. This role is hands-on, responsible for ensuring that all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with quality and environmental standards.
You’ll lead and manage crews on-site, oversee subcontractors, and maintain effective communication between the project team and site workforce. Your ability to lead by example and uphold a high standard of safety, productivity, and accountability will be key to your success.
This is a full-time, project-based role based out of Melbourne, with occasional travel to regional sites in Victoria as required. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality, and technically challenging projects that enhance and protect Australia's infrastructure.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with WHS requirements
- Champion continuous improvement and foster a high-performing site culture
- Liaise with engineers, clients and subcontractors to maintain alignment across the project lifecycle
- Maintain detailed site records, including daily diaries, timesheets, and material usage
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues affecting timelines or budgets
- Assist in the planning and setup of temporary works, including scaffolding, containment and access systems
- Coordinate site activities and allocate resources to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Based in Melbourne, this role will see you taking the lead on complex remedial projects, coordinating site operations, and ensuring excellence in delivery across our diverse work portfolio.
- Proven capability in delivering complex works on active construction or industrial sites
- 5–10 years of supervisory experience in the construction or remediation industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills – able to motivate and drive performance
- Willingness to be site-based and lead by example
- Solid technical understanding of concrete and steel repair methods, coatings, and temporary works
- Abrasive blasting and protective coating applications
- A high level of accountability and financial awareness, with experience tracking productivity and costs
- Experience in marine structures, FRP systems, or specialist remedial construction (highly regarded)
- Carbon Fibre Strengthening
