Foster trust-based relationships with clients, regulatory personnel, and other project stakeholders.
Assisting in the growth of business development efforts by obtaining repeat business from existing clients and winning new clients.
Evaluate mining and contaminated sites and develop remediation approaches, including feasibility studies, removal action work plans, and remediation design plans.
Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed.
Evaluate water and wastewater chemistry for data/trend analysis.
Lead the development of work plans, data evaluation, and cost-benefit analyses.
Implement treatment study pilot tests and systems, including vendor selection, logistical coordination, permitting, and supervision of field teams.
Prepare and review technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals.

At least 7 years (8+ years preferred) direct environmental consulting experience in the Western United States; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
Advanced degree in geology, engineering (civil, chemical, or environmental) or environmental science. (preferred)
Experience with mining, industrial, manufacturing, oil and gas, or food and beverage projects. (preferred)
Proven experience in client development and management, as well as demonstrated leadership skills. (preferred)
Current OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training and refreshers. (preferred)
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as needed. (required)
Valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)
