Structural Director

• Represent the organization at external events and identify visibility opportunities.
• Monitor progress, resolve challenges, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Stay informed on industry developments through professional engagement.
• Maintain high-level communication with external partners and internal teams.
• Support broader organizational goals through flexible leadership and collaboration.
• Lead site evaluations, documenting conditions and verifying compliance with technical standards.
• Oversee scheduling and resource coordination to meet critical milestones within residential, commercial, multifamily and hospitality sectors.
• Ensure organized documentation and data management for operational efficiency.
• Facilitate key project meetings to align teams and ensure strategic execution, expanding client relationships and building out the office's Colorado presence.

• Occasional travel required
• 10+ years of experience in related field
• Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Architecture Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit
• Obtained relevant licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA)
• Experience in business development

Salary: $145k-$200k
