- Help customers manage tenancies, rent payments, and housing benefit claims to ensure payments are received.
- Report repairs, liaise with partners for completion, and carry out health and safety compliance visits.
- Work across multiple supported services, focusing on tenancy support and housing management.
- Committed to maintaining properties to hotel standards, ensuring quick readiness for new tenants.
- Collaborate with the care team to help customers sustain tenancies and achieve high satisfaction.

- Experienced in tenancy and housing support, including managing voids, property inspections, and health and safety checks.
- Confident in enforcing tenancy conditions and collecting rent/service charges.
- Valid Enhanced DBS check needed (we’ll cover the cost if you don’t already have one).
- Work independently and positively influence people from diverse backgrounds.
- Matching Pension contributions (up to 7%, with life assurance of 3x Basic Salary)
- Usual hours: 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible working patterns available.
