  • Help customers manage tenancies, rent payments, and housing benefit claims to ensure payments are received.
  • Report repairs, liaise with partners for completion, and carry out health and safety compliance visits.
  • Work across multiple supported services, focusing on tenancy support and housing management.
  • Committed to maintaining properties to hotel standards, ensuring quick readiness for new tenants.
  • Collaborate with the care team to help customers sustain tenancies and achieve high satisfaction.

  • Experienced in tenancy and housing support, including managing voids, property inspections, and health and safety checks.
  • Confident in enforcing tenancy conditions and collecting rent/service charges.
  • Valid Enhanced DBS check needed (we’ll cover the cost if you don’t already have one).
  • Work independently and positively influence people from diverse backgrounds.
