Coordination & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the crew, the Dispatch/Operations team, and, when necessary, the customers. Report operational issues, delays, or incidents immediately.
Operations Management: Directly oversee the delivery and recovery of a variety of equipment, tools, and supplies to and from customer worksites. Ensure accurate and timely execution of all routes.
Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of all crew vehicles (flatbeds/trucks) and equipment. Oversee and execute minor equipment and vehicle repairs/troubleshooting in the field.
Supervision & Leadership: Lead, train, mentor, and supervise a team of Pick Up Crew Members. Distribute daily assignments and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Performance & Documentation: Track crew performance, manage timecards, complete daily logs, incident reports, and maintain accurate inventory records of recovered equipment.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce all company safety policies, ATSSA guidelines, and defensive driving practices. Conduct regular site inspections and safety briefings.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Traffic Control, Logistics, Delivery/Recovery operations, or a related field. Previous supervisory or lead role experience is strongly preferred.
Work Environment: Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, in urban, suburban, and rural settings.
Certification: Current ATSSA Traffic Control Technician (TCT) or higher certification is highly desirable.
Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, excellent time management, organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities. Must be a self-starter who is motivated and can effectively troubleshoot problems in the field.
Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle traffic control equipment (cones, barricades, signs) throughout the day.
Driving: Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record. Experience operating flatbed trucks or similar commercial vehicles is a plus.
