Review and track project ASI, and similar change documentation.
Review and coordinate shop drawings and spool sheets across internal teams.
Coordination with jobsite install teams.
Gather and submit project closeout documentation.
Track vendor/subcontractor schedules.
Support and interact with internal and external team members.
Review and understand construction contract documents.
Obtain, review, and document project submittals.
Schedule, host, and document internal project team meetings.
Complete material takeoffs and procurement logs.
Generate, track, log, and review RFI’s.
Coordinate with fabrication shop for production handoffs and RFI’s.
Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite and Revu BlueBeam.
3+ years of related construction experience.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
Effective participation in collaborative team environment.
Revit or AutoCAD experience a plus.
Willingness to read into complex issues and learn.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times if needed.
Procore experience a plus.
