A leading UK M&E contractor operating across Residential, Commercial, and Data Centre sectors is seeking an experienced MEP Project Director to join its growing Data Centre division to lead a £60mil MEP Data Centre which is due to be completed Spring 2027.

Experience leading full project lifecycles or managing multiple projects concurrently
Proven track record delivering large-scale MEP/Data Centre projects, ideally £10m–£50m+
Exceptional leadership, communication, commercial and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of both delivery and pre-construction phases
