Support development of Estimate at Completion (EAC) values, integrating actual cost, trends, and change impacts
Contribute to continuous improvement of project controls systems, including adoption of new digital tools (e.g., PMIS / cost system updates)
Perform variance analysis and provide early warnings on emerging trends
Participate in monthly reporting cycles, including cost-schedule integration and risks/opportunities updates
Maintain and update program and project-level budgets in alignment with the approved cost baseline
Develop and maintain program and project cash flows in coordination with finance and schedule teams
Work effectively within an integrated client-consultant environment and strengthen client relationships
Maintain strong coordination with accounting, commercial, scheduling, and document control teams
Produce regular cost reports, dashboards, and financial performance metrics
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, controls, and audit requirements
Support change management processes including cost impacts, approvals, and traceability
Assist with procurement and contract administration activities including commitments, invoices, and closeout
Manage the cost coding structure (CBS) and ensure accurate allocation of actuals, commitments, and forecasts
Implement and reinforce governance measures for data quality, version control, and auditability

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Construction Management, or related field
Experience with cost management or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, EcoSys, PMIS tools, etc.)
Minimum 8 to 12 years relevant program/project controls experience
Excellent communication skills with proven ability to distill complex information into clear recommendations
Experience on major capital infrastructure programs (preferred)
Knowledge of earned value concepts and cost-schedule integration (preferred)
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse technical and commercial teams
Clear traceability of changes and decisions
Accurate, timely, and trusted cost insights
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard reporting tools
Familiarity with AACE International principles and best practices (preferred)
Strong working relationships with the client, partners, and internal teams
Demonstrated expertise in cost governance, forecasting, and financial analysis on capital programs
