Description

In this role you will oversee the organisation’s billing process, guaranteeing accurate, timely and compliant invoices for customers and suppliers while converting sales into cash. You will lead and supervise the billing team, develop policies and procedures, analyse KPI data and resolve billing queries, with responsibility for approximately four direct reports.

• Issue accurate, on‑time, compliant invoices to reduce disputes and improve cash flow.
• Implement robust controls to validate billable activities, prevent revenue leakage and ensure full capture.
• Provide transparent, error‑free billing to strengthen client relationships and boost Net Promoter Scores.
• Streamline billing workflows through automation and continuous improvement to shorten cycle times.
• Align billing processes with internal policies, contractual obligations and regulatory requirements for audit readiness.
• Lead, inspire and develop a billing team of about four members, fostering growth and high performance.
