Tasks

-Identifies, manages, and mitigates risks throughout the project: Enforces policies and procedures to safeguard compliance with regulations and company guidelines, such as health, safety and quality standards, and resolves issues arising during project execution, developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. -Predicts resources needed to reach objectives and manages resources in an effective and efficient manner. Ensures alignment with project budget, ensuring financial objectives are met by forecasting requirements, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions. -Manage project teams, including internal staff and external contractors, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities and ensuring adherence to project management standards and best practices for continuous improvement of activities. -Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and managing expectations. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. -Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. -Lead the execution and delivery of projects from initiation to completion ensuring that the project execution aligns with the set project schedules, budgeting, and quality and compliance requirements.
