Manage and improve records management program for DoW office, ensuring compliance and reporting.
Maintain oversight for the data governance and records management programs across the program office.
Develop and train program office personnel on records management process that is aligned with DoW and Component requirements.
Develop and coordinate a full review of the program office’s records management program.
Keep leadership abreast of the status of the records management program and disclose any issues that may impact the timely achievement of client deliverables.
Make determinations on disclosures, issuance of denials, redactions, access to Federal agency records, and dissemination of personally identifiable information.
Prepare high-quality and error-free documents ready for Government action and artifacts, as required by the case, and update all appropriate correspondence trackers.
Synthesize information to draft executive summaries, narrative reports, FOIA responses, and other deliverables. Identify gaps in information and collaborate with DoW stakeholders to complete taskings on or ahead of schedule.
Share best practices with program office to improve data governance and records management compliance across all directorates.

Exceptional client-facing communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) is required. Proficiency in Power BI or other business intelligence tools is highly desired.
Capable of using the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).
Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
Ability to work under pressure and to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
Experience working with Senior Executives in the Government, preferably the DoW.
Five (5) years of applicable work experience in records management.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
Strong writing and analytical skills.
Highly organized.
